Job description / Role
• Apply strong IS Infrastructure Technology knowledge and expertise to any infrastructure IS activity within all IS process domains, especially within BUILD and RUN to support global business needs and help solving difficult topics. IS capable to work independently. Managing project and support for ABB Networks, IP Telephony & Video conferencing
• Profound IS infrastructure technology knowledge combined with basic understanding of the overall context of business processes and the IS technologies impact
• Managing ABB Network Equipment for Data & Wireless
• Managing ABB Cisco IP Telephony & Video Conferencing
• Proactive Network Monitoring
• Profound knowledge of ITIL processes
• Degree in information management, computer systems, business engineering or similar
Requirements
• Ideally, you'll hold a Diploma Degree in Computer Engineering or Information Technology (IT) related technical discipline from a reputable university or college, with experience of identifying and resolving IS infrastructure technology related problems, Managing ABB Network Equipment for Data & Wireless, Managing ABB Cisco IP Telephony & Video Conferencing and Proactive Network Monitoring
• Above 5 years of IS infrastructure technology experience within the relevant IS domain
• Above 1 experience in working in a non-native country and culture
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Experience in project planning and execution as well as economic aspects of system management and life cycle
• Experience of identifying and resolving IS infrastructure technology related problems
• Candidate with Transferrable Iqama is preferred
