Job Description
- Interfacing with customers in all technical related issues.
- Analyzes customer problems and resolves and closes customer complaints, as per assignment from the Project Team Leader.
- Make proper hardware/software selection for technical solutions.
- Reports the status of the customer service provided to the Project Team Leader.
- Prepares engineering software/hardware design documents for review by the Project Team Leader.
- Undertakes the testing process including all internal, workshop, factory acceptance testing (FAT) and site acceptance testing (SAT).
- Prepares and submits weekly activity reports to the Project Team Leader.
- Prepares and submits weekly progress reports to the Project Team Leader on a given project.
- Provides feedback to the Project Team Leader on the performance of the engineers and technicians as input into their performance evaluations.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent command of verbal and written English.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.
- Ability to multi-task and manage numerous projects simultaneously.
- Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies.
Technical Skills
- Good practical experience in process and control systems in general.
Education
- Bachelor of Engineering with a specialization in Mechatronics, Electrical or Communication Engineering.
