Senior Tendering Manager (Facilities Management)

Job description / Role

Major Facilities Management Group in Saudi Arabia requires a Senior Tendering & Planning Manager for their head office in Riyadh.

Candidates should have a proven track record in Tendering, Cost Estimation & full lifecycle Bid Management & Planning in major Facilities Management project from RFQ stage to submission. A proven track record of securing FM projects within a reputable Facilities Management Provider / Consultancy is required along with fluency in Arabic. Bachelors Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Electrical is required.

SAR 50,000 to 60,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
