Role summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative senior UI/UX designer to help shape the user experience of Soar’s fintech platform. In this role, you will be responsible for translating complex business and financial processes into intuitive, simple, and elegant designs that enhance usability and drive engagement. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and business teams to deliver end-to-end design solutions that align with business goals and create value for our users.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the design of user interfaces and experiences across web and mobile platforms.
• Translate product requirements and user feedback into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business objectives.
• Apply user-centered design principles to create intuitive and seamless user flows.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of Soar’s design system and ensure visual consistency across products.

Qualifications & skills:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design, preferably in SaaS or fintech products.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user interface design, user flows, and problem-solving skills across multiple platforms.
• Proficiency with modern design tools (e.g. Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.).
• Solid understanding of usability, interaction design, and responsive design principles.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions.

Desirable skills:

• Experience in fintech, investment platforms, or property technology.
• Familiarity with conducting user research and usability testing.
