Service Engineer - Saudi National

Kinetic has partnered with a leading medical device company who are hiring a service engineer to be based in Riyadh.

Please note that due to Saudization, only Saudi nationals can be considered for this role.

Key aspects of the role include:

• Promoting and selling service contracts to customers.
• Responsible for troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and repair of designated equipment.
• Conducting customer training on the proper use and maintenance of assigned portfolios.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients.
• Providing technical support to customers and resolving any issues related to equipment performance.
• Performing regular preventive maintenance.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• Please note that due to Saudization, only Saudi nationals can be considered for this role.
• BSc in biomedical engineering.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a service engineer or similar role within the medical devices industry.
• Lab equipment experience is a must.
• Willingness to travel as needed for on-site customer support.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
