A reputable and well-established manufacturing company is actively recruiting a service sales manager for their team in Riyadh.

Main Responsibilities

• Design and implement service business policies to achieve service goals and targets.
• Lead the team by defining operational requirements and aligning objectives as per the company's strategy.
• Conduct training for service engineers.
• Identify customer needs and pursue new business opportunities.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Act as a liaison between sales, customer service, and supply chain logistics.
• Analyze market trends and translate them into strategy and contracts.
• Stay updated on market and product developments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 10 years of experience within the manufacturing industry, of which 3-5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in selling service contracts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
