Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, IT, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Strong shared services leadership experience in a PMC or Engineering Consultancy.
- Extensive knowledge of project management and engineering practices.
- Proven success in achieving operational excellence and driving innovation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Saudi Arabia experience is essential.
