Shared Services Manager - NEOM

Job description / Role

Aquila Consulting are working in partnership with a major international Engineering Consultancy based in KSA on the NEOM project with an exciting opening for a Shared Services Manager.

Reporting to the Programme Director, the ideal candidate will lead all shared and support services teams for our clients NEOM Program, consisting of the following activity areas:

• HRBP
• Mobilizations
• Logistics
• TA
• GRO
• IT
• Training
• Finance
• Communications

- Based full-time at NEOM Project offices
- Dotted reporting line to country share services lead
- Establish needs of whole program for shared/support services
- Implement and maintain best practice in each area
- Liaison with client to ensure delivery of their provided facilities where appropriate
- Provide reports on regular bases
- Manage team located at program and communicate with country services team
- Manage budget for these activities

Requirements

- Good general business acumen
- Working knowledge of shared services
- Well organized
- Abe to present at high level
- Previous experience of “change management” programs

Years of Experience: 20 years
Education: degree and MBA if possible
