Showroom manager – kitchens & closets

We are hiring on behalf of our client an experienced showroom manager to oversee the daily operations of their kitchens and closets showroom. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the kitchen industry, strong technical understanding of designs and layouts, and proven experience managing both sales and design teams.

Responsibilities include: ensuring exceptional customer experience, supervising showroom staff, maintaining high visual standards, and supporting clients with product knowledge and customized solutions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years of experience in showroom management or kitchen/closet industry.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong technical knowledge in designs and layouts.
• Proven leadership, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Ability to coordinate with sales and design teams effectively.
• Nationality: Lebanese, Jordanian, or Syrian.
