Site Architect

Job description / Role

On the back of a highly successful 2025 and with a secured project pipeline through the next two years, this is an opportunity to join a well-established and highly regarded regional consultant delivering complex, large-scale built environment projects across Saudi Arabia.

The consultant is currently involved in multiple high profile developments in Riyadh and across KSA, including hotels and branded hospitality schemes, high-rise residential projects, mixed-use developments, and cultural projects, working alongside leading regional developers.

The business is known for its strong working culture, long-term staff retention, and stable leadership team, offering a supportive environment.

Due to continued growth and increasing client demands, we have been appointed to support the hire of Site Architects to take responsibility for projects from construction stage through to handover.

The role will involve close coordination of architectural and interior works on site, ensuring design intent is delivered.

- KSA experience is mandatory
- Strong site-based delivery experience on built environment projects such as hotels, residential, mixed-use and/or cultural developments
- Solid understanding of interior architecture and fit-out works, including coordination of finishes, details, shop drawings, and FF&E interfaces
- Experience working closely with interior designers, contractors, and specialist subcontractors on site
- Confident client facing communication and issue resolution skills
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, site coordination, and quality control

Salary:
SAR 25,000 to 30,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
