Wood is currently looking for Site Coordinator to support our Projects business. Ma'aden is executing a strategic project to develop a new gold mine and processing facility in alignment with the Kingdom's Vision 2030 and Ma'aden's 2040 Strategic Objectives. Located in Ar Rjum, KSA.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate site activities, contractors, and vendors.
- Monitor construction progress, prepare daily/weekly reports, and flag issues or delays.
- Ensure compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Support material delivery, logistics, and site administration.
- Facilitate communication between project management, engineering, and field teams.
- Assist in pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.

Qualifications
Qualifications & experience:
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Engineering or Construction Management.
- Minimum 5 years' site coordination or field engineering experience in EPCM or industrial projects.
- Knowledge of mining/mineral processing.
- Strong organizational, communication, and HSE awareness skills.
