A fantastic leadership role for a Site Lead / Resident Engineer on a prestigious luxury heritage hotel project in Riyadh.

This is a rare chance to be part of a landmark development, working with a top-tier design consultancy on a project that celebrates heritage and luxury. The role involves overseeing multidisciplinary teams and ensuring top-quality execution of architectural and engineering elements.

You will have:

• Architecture degree with site-based delivery experience
• Strong hospitality/hotel project background, especially heritage-style properties

Middle East project experience (current location flexible).

Package includes SAR 50-60K per month - negotiable, medical, flights, and visa sponsorship.
