Job Description
- Supervise and manage the overall activities in the field, plan site work and activities by ensuring the availability of all required items such as materials or labor.
- Coordinate with the project manager and MEP contractor on project schedules, plans, and activities at the site to ensure that the project gets completed on time, within budget, with the best quality and safety record.
- Ensure that activity targets are met whilst producing the highest quality.
- Ensure costs are kept within budget.
- Notify project management of the timely identification of deviations from budget, project schedule, and work quality or safety.
- Take actions to deal with the results of delays, unscheduled activities, and emergencies.
- Discuss with the contractor or client any matters or issues that might occur on site and work on resolving these matters or issues such as work procedures, complaints, and construction problems.
- Investigate damage, accidents, or delays at the site to ensure that proper corrective actions are being carried out.
- Identify any problematic design issues and make the necessary recommendations that support engineering procedures.
- Obtain approval and sign-off on corrective actions that could be taken against any irregularities or errors that might happen on site and lead to nonconformance reports, ensuring the closure of any open issues.
- Prepare the site part of the monthly progress report of the project.
- Maintain operations by enforcing project and operational policies and procedures.
- Keep all employee records and ensure their safety on the work site.
- Establish and manage the site workforce (site engineers, technicians, team of subcontractors, and any other personnel working at the site).
- Dispatch workers efficiently to work areas and enforce the need for additional resources or alternative work processes required to maintain performance.
- Assess skills, knowledge, and abilities of candidates to make effective hiring and merit or bonus decisions and identify developmental needs.
- Provide training and development opportunities and serve in a mentoring role for the team.
- Maintain the project database by ensuring backups and a proper filing system to enable easy access to all sorts of documents.

- Very good command of English
- Very good computer skills, such as Primavera and Microsoft Projects
Technical Skills
- Bachelor of Engineering with a specialization in Electrical Engineering
- Solid knowledge in light current systems (FA, CCTV, ACS, Intercom, IPTV, AV, PA, BMS, Physical security, MCS, and GRMS)
- Over 10 years of experience in ELV systems design, installation, testing, and commissioning
