Site Manager - KSA

Job description / Role

Client is a global contractor that are looking to recruit an experienced site manager for a large project in Saudi Arabia.

Duties:
- Under general direction, holds full accountability for the site operation, cost management, service delivery and front facing services at the client facilities.
- Provides personal leadership and effective management for a wide range of hard and soft services activities.
- Ensures improvements are achieved and maintained and a proper balance is achieved between responding to client requests and maintaining high standards and cost effectiveness.

The package is paying around 28,000 SAR per month + benefits.

Requirements

- 7+ Years minimum operations experience of facilities management or service delivery (possible specialist areas such as M&E, catering, security and cleaning).
- Industry expertise such as Critical Environments, Pharma, Finance and Oil & Gas are valued and preferred.
- Commercial and financial awareness.
- People management skills and the ability to communicate at all levels.
- Experience of managing contracts, writing and operating to processes and procedures.
- Western Educated
- Arabic speaker preferred
