SMP Payroll Specialist - Saudi Nationals Only

Job Description

• Process and validate the payroll system, and ensure that all transactions (including attendance, advance, deductions) are entered and updated on the system.
• Audit and coordinate reconciliation of deductions reports.
• Ensure accurate and on-time submissions of all JVs to the Finance Department.
• Respond to and resolve employee questions and issues related to payroll.
• Prepare and submit reports related to payroll (including analytical reports).
• Respond promptly to all payroll requests internally and externally.
• Assist in special projects as required.
• Resolve employee questions and problems by interpreting benefit policies and procedures.
• Prepare special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
• Prepare and deliver HR letters.

Personal Skills

• Good English language level (writing and speaking).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with empathy for employees' needs and concerns.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent time management skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Very good analytical skills.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of new insurance laws is a must.
• Excellent Excel knowledge.
• Previous experience working on Power BI is preferred.
• Very good expertise in Microsoft Outlook and Office programs.

Education

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
