Position Title: SOC Manager

Salary: up to 15K SAR all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A highly recognized international group handling Information Technology & Services located in KSA
Job Description:
• Supervise the security team and provide technical guidance.
• Manage financial activities and oversees the activity of the SOC team.
• Lead hiring, training, and assessing staff.
• Creating processes, assessing incident reports, and developing and implementing crisis communication plans.
• Create compliance reports, support the audit process, measure SOC performance metrics, and report on security operations to business leaders.
• Designing, implementing and measuring relevant security and technology management critical success factors, key performance indicators, and metrics.
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Open to Saudi nationals
• Male/Female, 45 years old and below
• Minimum 5 years Security leadership, with experience building long-term career development plans for team members at all levels
• Experience in designing, implementing and measuring relevant security and technology management critical success factors, key performance indicators, and metrics
• In-depth knowledge of modern security concepts and how to apply them.
• Experience in managing and maintaining relationships between STC, vendors, and Internal/external customers
• ITIL, CISSP, CISM certifications are an added advantage
