Job responsibilities

• Manage and lead the product team to deliver high-quality products aligned with company goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to define product roadmaps and priorities.
• Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities and improve product offerings.
• Define clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide development.
• Oversee product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure product alignment with business objectives.
• Monitor product performance metrics and implement improvements based on data insights.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor products to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in product management, preferably in tech or construction sectors.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision making.
