Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The candidate will be reporting directly to the social media Supervisor and will be working as a traffic manager for the company's social media channels and must have a strong background in project management and coordination.

- Candidate must have between 1-3 years of experience in a similar role with an experience in marketing, communications, advertising, journalism, public relations, or related field.
- Candidate must be proficient in both Arabic and English writing skills.
- Candidate will be responsible in planning, creating and publishing social media campaigns for the company's social media content.
- Creates, curates and manages digital content and campaigns on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Oversees the planning, scheduling, content and management of the company's social media calendar.
- Candidate must be able to work under tight deadlines and have excellent interpersonal skills in order to work closely with team members.
- Must be able to champion and deliver creative excellence and drive “out-of-the-box” thinking.
- Connects with the web technical team to gather insights, reports and dynamic learnings.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft and Google applications, such as Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Documents is preferred.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, preferably in the media and production industry.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, best practices, and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Experience with social media advertising and familiarity with tools like Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, or similar.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A passion for storytelling and a deep understanding of audience engagement strategies.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is highly desirable, with additional languages being an advantage.
