Job description / Role
Guildhall is supporting a client with a facility management project in Saudi Arabia. We are assisting them in finding a Facility Manager with a soft services background in hotels/banks or other high end developments in order to lead the soft services team in this modern and luxurious development.
The responsibilities include:
- Managing soft services such as key management, conference room management, cleaning and janitorial, pest control, landscaping, canteen services, site transportation services etc
- Management of services a by assigning work, creating work orders, and purchase orders
- Direct the work of Contractors and Consultants as required.
- Perform internal and external performance audits
- Leading the procurement of services from contractors and selecting service providers
Salary:
- SAR 25,000 to 40,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances

In order to be considered, applicants must have the following skills and qualifications:
- Strong soft services FM background
- Hotels/Banks/Luxury iconic developments experience
- 7+ years experience in facility management
- Eligible for a visa in KSA
