Job description / Role
- Will be responsible for the delivery of contracted services
- To respond in a prompt and efficient manner to all reactive issues requests of clients and customers.
- Compile regular KPI’s and share them with the management and the client representative.
- Liaise with country subject matter experts (in conjunction with relevant central subject matter experts) to ensure a standardized, consistent and compliant approach is implemented for each subject area ensuring that on site General Services Managers/Facility Managers are utilizing this resource
- To work as ‘one team’ to ensure delivery of unified services across the region to achieve the strategic objectives of the contract for both the Client and the Service Provider.
Requirements
- Previous exposure to the provision of FM Soft Services at location level and management to such teams
- Must have excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer focus.
- English and Arabic languages spoken and written (must)
- Flexibility to work outside normal hours to achieve objectives, if required.
- Able to travel frequently within the GCC
- Candidate willing to work on a single status visa only
