Soft Services Manager – Al Khobar, KSA – Facilities Management Service Provider

The Saudi Arabia market is gathering pace and the Kingdom is already home to some of the most exciting and eye catching developments in the world today.

Our client is a global FM company already established in KSA. They have a portfolio of blue chip clients and manage TFM (Hard and Soft) services across multiple property types including: Commercial, Retail, Defense, and Aviation. They are currently seeking a Soft Services Manager to join their KSA operation.

• The successful candidate will be based in Al Khobar and manage a team of blue collar workers delivering soft services such as cleaning to a large mixed use development consisting of Commercial, Residential and Retail property.
• Candidates should have experience in managing a team of blue collar workers delivering high level cleaning.
• They should have excellent written and spoken English and be able to communicate well, ensuring client satisfaction and development of the relationship

Requirements

Requirements:
• Facilities Management or Building Maintenance Experience
• FM related qualification – (BICS desirable)
• Experience managing a blue collar team
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Good report writing skills
