Soft Services Manager

Job description / Role

We are currently looking for a Senior Facilities Manager for our client, an FM service provider that is part of large group of companies based in Riyadh. The role will be responsible for the strategic and operational oversight of all soft services, including cleaning, janitorial, waste management, pest control, and support services, across multiple sites.

- Monitor and evaluate contractor performance, ensuring strict compliance with agreed Service Level
Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team, establishing clear objectives and driving performance.
- Monitor and control operational expenses, optimizing costs while maintaining service quality.
- Manage subcontractor relationships effectively, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with contractual
obligations, particularly in regulated services (e.g., fire systems, gas, emergency lighting, water treatment).

- Bachelor's degrees
- Progressive experience in facilities management, with a proven track record soft services.
- Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, financial planning, and cost control.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and stakeholder engagement.
- Comprehensive knowledge of KSA regulatory compliance and industry best practices
