Soft Services Manager – Tabukh, KSA – Facilities Management Service Provider
Our client is an established and reputable service provider. They are currently seeking a Soft Services Manager to join their KSA operation. The successful candidate will be based in Tabukh, KSA and manage a team of blue collar workers delivering soft services. The site will be focused towards hospitality, leisure and entertainment. Candidates should have experience in managing a team of blue collar workers delivering high level cleaning. They should have excellent written and spoken English and be able to communicate well, ensuring client satisfaction and development of the relationship
Responsibilities
• Ensures the delivery of quality housekeeping and cleaning by managing a blue collar team
• Ensures contract compliance adhering to SLAs and KPIs
• Ensures Health and Safety compliance
• Completes personnel appraisals for his staff
Requirements
Requirements:
• Experience managing a team delivering soft services including cleaning
• An understanding of BICS or similar cleaning standards
• Have in depth knowledge of specialist cleaning techniques
• Understand cleaning equipment and machines
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Good report writing skills
