Looking for an immediately available Soft Services Manager, to work for a multi-national Facilities Management company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This a is a great opportunity to join a reputable FM company who have recently been awarded a 5 year contract offering great stability and a platform to enhance your career. The position will be working as the Managing Agent on a Government Facility, responsible for the engineering team, maintaining of all the systems, equipment and plant on site.
The position is an urgent requirement and to be considered for the position you must be available to start on the 1st April. If you can\'t start within this deadline you will not be considered.
Requirements
You will also take ownership of the strategy behind improving overall customer relations - working with the team to improve customer satisfaction scores.
The ideal Soft Services Manager will need to have a good level of soft services experience in the retail sector, and also experience dealing with customer service and overall customer relations.
The Soft Services Manager will need experience with other areas such as:
- Management of budget.
- Manage and develop the contractor/supplier base in accordance with company and financial requirements.
- Ensure all works are completed on time, within budget and to the required standards.
- Ensure that the business is aware of compliance requirements and achieves full compliance across the sites.
- Monitoring of contractor SLA\'s and KPI\'s including FM target responsibilities.
- Management experience within the Facilities, Property Maintenance or Construction sectors.
- Planning and process management.
- Experience with developing strategy relating to customer relations and customer trends.
