Soft Services Supervisor

Job description / Role

A reputable organization is seeking a dedicated and experienced Soft Services Supervisor to oversee and manage a range of soft service operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent attention to detail, and proven experience in managing housekeeping and related services.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate soft services operations including cleaning, landscaping, waste management, and pest control.
• Ensure all service providers meet required standards and agreed service levels.
• Conduct periodic inspections to maintain high cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Develop, implement, and monitor schedules for soft service activities.
• Respond promptly and effectively to service-related requests and complaints.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Liaise with external contractors and suppliers.
• Maintain accurate records, logs, and documentation related to soft services.
• Prepare regular reports and utilize Excel for data tracking, analysis, and reporting.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the same field, mainly in housekeeping
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Ability to start within the next 30 days would be beneficial
• Must be currently based in Riyadh with relevant visas

Salary:
SAR 6,000 to 8,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
