Job Role: Site Engineering Manager/AM (SEM)
Job Location: KSA
Reporting to - Project Director
Qualification Requirement: B.E/B.Tech (Electrical).
Experience: 11+ yrs, should have knowledge of PV Design with basis knowledge of substation as well.
The candidate should have executed at least 300 MW project as SEM/PEM in Middle East.

Role Objective:
As a Site Engineering Manager/AM (SEM), the person shall ensure that the engineering activities of the project takes place within stipulated time with quality & within budget. SEM shall ensure the adherence to agreed schedule during execution of the project. SEM shall work on optimizations / alternate proposals / solutions for on time delivery of the project. SEM shall perform inter-discipline coordination (Civil, Structural, MEP & Instrumentation) as required. The SEM shall perform work allocation and man-hours allocation of different roles in the project.

Key Responsibilities:
a-Site Engineering Manager shall act as SPOC and will be responsible for all engineering queries.
b-Lead and manage team of project engineering managers, lead engineers, design engineers and draftsman.
c-Attend engineering/project review meeting internal/external and ensure adherence to project schedule and site priorities.
d-Conduct internal review meetings for resource optimization, allocation and enhance productivity.
e-Clarification to inter-discipline Managers for sorting out issues with respect to design aspects.
f-Review critical issues and procedural delays with respect to design aspects of equipment and extend support to site execution teams.
g-Communicate & clarify deliverable list from the owner and obtaining resource requirement for project.
h-Provide inputs to back end engineering team for “As built” drgs/docs preparation.

Salary:
SAR 14,000 to 22,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
