Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect with a specialization in the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing software solutions, providing technical leadership to software delivery teams, and ensuring the technical acceptance of delivered solutions by clients. This role requires a deep understanding of healthcare processes, compliance requirements, and technology trends in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Analysis & Solution Design
- Analyze client business needs to define the required solution components and their interactions.
- Prepare and present necessary documentation, presentations, demos, and proofs of concept (PoCs).
- Compliance & Proposal Development
- Complete the compliance matrix to demonstrate the capabilities of the proposed IT platform.
- Submit documentation to the presales team for inclusion in overall proposals.
- Effort Estimation & Technical Review
- Estimate the level of effort, skills, and seniority required for proposal fulfillment.
- Review technical proposals for compliance with technical aspects and overall consistency.
- Project Planning & Coordination
- Draft work breakdown structures highlighting task interdependencies for the Project Manager.
- Prepare resource and technical environment plans and conduct awareness sessions to explain project scope and objectives.
- Architecture Development
- Prepare the solution architecture in compliance with customer needs and the sold solution.
- Act as the technical expert on projects, resolving any issues that arise.
- Stakeholder Communication & Conflict Resolution
- Act as the primary contact between the client and implementation team to ensure clear understanding of project requirements.
- Negotiate conflicts with stakeholders regarding requirements and consolidate agreed actions.
- Training & Support
- Prepare training needs assessments for proposed applications.
- Review training materials and conduct package-specific training for clients.
- Participation in Bidding and Vendor Selection
- Participate in vendor assessments and selection processes.
- Collaborate with the presales team during the bidding phase to design proposed solutions.
- Documentation & Strategy Development
- Prepare high-level design documents, strategy documents (e.g., configuration management, migration, go-live), and testing strategy documents.
- Coaching & R&D Initiatives
- Coach project teams on new technologies and practices.
- Participate in research and development initiatives to remain at the forefront of healthcare technology trends.

Personal Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, with a focus on healthcare solutions.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, HITECH) and industry standards.
- Proven experience in leading technical teams and delivering complex software projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively.
- Preferred to be TOGAF certified
- Health Care experience is mandatory

Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with healthcare software systems, electronic health records (EHR), and interoperability standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR).
- Experience with cloud platforms and modern software development methodologies (Agile, DevOps)

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
