Solution Architecture Manager

Job description / Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architecture Manager to lead a dynamic team in the field of Information and Network Security in Saudi Arabia. You will help build and lead a regional Enterprise Architecture Team that will develop and integrate enterprise systems for clients in the technology, banking, manufacturing and public sectors. In this role, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and overseeing the information security, network, data, and cloud solutions that support regional and international client requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Build and lead a team of solution architects in developing and implementing advanced and innovative enterprise systems.
- Using your regional industry knowledge, identify regional business requirements and collaborate with development teams to translate them into comprehensive and scalable solution architectures.
- Provide technical leadership and expertise in designing and integrating solutions, including but not limited to network and cloud security, cybersecurity products, and web and mobile applications.
- Ensure that all solution designs align with industry best practices, compliance standards, and organizational security policies.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments of existing security solutions to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Participate in the evaluation and selection of new security technologies and tools to enhance the development process.
- Mentor and develop the skills of solution architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of security solutions with existing infrastructure and applications.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and developments in the field of information security, cryptography, service-oriented architecture, web and mobile application products.

- At least 8 years of proven experience in development and leadership roles as a solution architect, with a focus on critical information security projects in the Saudi market
- In-depth knowledge of information security principles, practices, and technologies, with a strong understanding of network security, cloud security, and data protection.
- Experience implementing leading architecture frameworks (ArchiMate, TOGAF or Avolution)
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team of solution architects, driving collaboration and excellence in solution design and implementation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- A strategic thinker who can also manage tasks on the operational and tactical levels.
- Experience in designing and implementing security solutions in complex enterprise environments, with a keen eye for detail and quality.
- Experience as a programmer with Java or Python; knowledge of Linux and Windows, and search engines (Splunk, Elasticsearch, OpenSearch, etc)
- Master's Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Salary:
SAR 480,000 to 530,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
