They are currently looking to recruit Sourcing / HR Manager to be based in Jeddah.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Support HR Business Leads where appropriate to ensure the delivery of the EMIA HR strategy
• Partner with Business Leaders for a particular end market/business sector to further define and deliver the HR strategy. The subsequent People Plan will include but is not limited to:, Business goals / needs, People priorities and objectives (including workforce planning, succession planning, leadership development etc.), Required activity and timescales
• Work closely alongside the wider HR Team and Centres of Expertise (CoEs) such as Culture and Change, Compensation and Benefits, Talent Acquisition etc. to leverage services, coordinate processes where appropriate and ensure the delivery of the People Plan to provide a one-team HR solution delivery
• Work alongside office leads and CoEs to drive organizational change
• Where appropriate, support office leads by representing HR at office briefings, targeting areas where engagement / wellbeing issues have been identified a priority
• Lead the compensation planning process (annual Performance and Reward process, out of cycle increases etc.) for a particular end market / business sector
• Support proposed change programmes (TUPE, office relocations etc.) working closely with the ER team to ensure successful implementation, challenging proposals and taking a HR lead role on collective consultation meetings
• Support high-risk ER cases (such as where there where Line Managers require additional assistance or where there is significant risk) as agreed with the ER Manager
• Working closely with the CoEs to drive management capability and engagement regionally by delivering master-classes and providing 1:1 coaching as required
• Supporting and leading on HR improvement projects and initiatives as required

Requirements

Qualification & Experience

• CIPD qualified or equivalent
• 10 years of experience in an HR related role
• Experience in the construction sector
• Fluency in English & Arabic
• Saudi National
