Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Essential Responsibilities:

Will be owning the localization strategy for BHGE in Saudi across all of its product lines OFS, OFE , TPS and M&C ,will be leading the Saudi localizations strategy for BHGE through developing net work of suppliers in country will work closely with the Global Sourcing teams for different product companies and decide to develop local supply strategy to support the entire key BHGE product offering as well as explore opportunities for export from Saudi to global BHGE locations. Develop the business case for localization needs with suppliers including, product cost impact, logistics, Capex and budget requirements to gain profitable growth and an improved cost position. Drive creation of make buy strategy that is aligned with the IKTVA goals Own the IKTVA localization project alongside with the maintenance of all the relevant KPIs/Metrics: RFQs, Cost, Facility requirements, Qualification / Training Status, PO Execution and Delivery status. Maintain required CAPEX investment Data Base; ensure the required level of control over the spend, Develop a robust tollgate process for local content requirements and align with global teams. Identify and monitor execution of all activities during a localization project. Work closely with all BHGE business and other GE business to utilize the bigger BHGE/ GE portfolio and footprint globally. Work closely with the Governmental relations team to enlarge net work of suppliers

Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements:

Engineering/Business Bachelor Degree from an accredited University or College or equivalent knowledge or experience. Extensive manufacturing experience Significant / verified experience related to develop business cases and present to Senior Leadership or equivalent knowledge or experience. Very good knowledge of industrial equipment manufacturing cycle and good understanding of Manufacturing technology. High experience in Supply Chain Management and Strategic thinking. Experience with suppliers relations management and understanding of Governmental systems and processes. Excellent planning / project management skills. Excellent communication, analytical and presentation skills in English Language required. Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Project and Excel. Basic knowledge of finance. Knowledge about Saudi Market and industrial landscape
