Job description / Role
About the client:
The hiring company is a high-end casual dining restaurant with branches across Dubai and Saudi Arabia.
Job Role:
- Control stock levels and identify specific stock requirements
- Control the activities of other staff members working in food production within the kitchen
- Supervise back of house staff and ensure all products are made in accordance to the company standards
- Actively communicate with front of house staff to monitor product quality
- Monitor delivery times of products and take action if appropriate
- Deal effectively with all concerns of the back of house staff
- Maintain a positive and challenging work environment by building a strong team environment
Requirements
Requirements:
- Open to ANY nationalities
- Male, 40 years old and below
- Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Arts or any related certificate is a must
- With at least 3 years working experience as a Sous Chef
- PIC or HACCP certification is a plus
- Exceptional proven ability of kitchen management
- Outstanding communication and leadership skills
- Up-to-date with culinary trends and optimized kitchen processes
- Credentials in health and safety training
- Candidates must be willing to work in KSA
