Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a quintessentially premium Greek restaurant in Riyadh who are looking add to their team with hiring a Sous Chef. This role is a great opportunity for a Sous Chef to really showcase their skills and culinary creativity.
Your main responsibilities will be to support the Head Chef and when he is not there assume his role and oversee the culinary team and kitchen. You will be required to maintain the company culinary vision and delivery at all times. You will work with the Head Chef to constantly develop and evolve the menu, maintaining the Greek roots but taking it to the next level.
Requirements
The successful candidate must specialise in Greek cuisine, having experience in menu development and have experience managing a kitchen/team as a Sous Chef. Preference will be given to candidates with GCC experience, however my client is open to relocating a candidate from outside the GCC. The ideal candidate is a strong character with exceptional Greek cuisine culinary skills, someone to take this venue to the next level consistently.
