Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Spa Supervisor to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Spa Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations of our luxury spa facility, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of service.
- Oversee and coordinate all spa operations, including treatment bookings, staff scheduling, and facility management
- Ensure adherence to spa policies and standard operating procedures
- Train, coach, and mentor spa staff to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain professional standards
- Manage inventory of spa products and supplies, placing orders as needed
- Implement and support strategic initiatives to enhance the spa's offerings and overall guest experience
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of all spa areas and equipment
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with other departments to promote spa services and create integrated wellness experiences
- Analyze spa performance metrics and implement improvements to increase efficiency and profitability
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually enhance the spa's services and operations
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar supervisory role within the spa or wellness industry
- In-depth knowledge of spa treatments, therapies, and wellness practices
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to train and motivate staff
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Customer service-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Proficiency in spa management software and basic computer applications
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience in luxury hotel or resort operations is highly preferred
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to spa operations
- Demonstrated ability to handle budgets and financial reporting
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
