Specialist, e-Services (WebSphere)

Job description / Role

• Mobile Number Portability (MNP) to exchange mobile numbers among the three operators. Implemented in IBM WebSphere Message Broker.
• Support the Core enterprise portal services. (Plans, services, devices, etc. self-service for consumers (payment, submitting complaint, checking bills, using voucher, setting OTT (Video-On-Demand), and corporates (managed services, static IP settings). Complaint management is integrated with Siebel, but price changes can be done only by marketing team via Content Management module. Customers can assign their Twitter, Facebook, Google profile. Customers will get a new dashboard.
• Support the IBM WebSphere DataPower SOA Appliances (pre-built, pre-configured rack mountable network devices (XML appliances) that can help accelerate XML and Web Services deployments while extending SOA infrastructure. Secure, integrate and optimize access to web, mobile, and API workloads to support integration with external partners.

Requirements

• University Qualifications: Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science
• Nature and length of previous experience: Minimum (5-8) years of Experience in relevant work (IBM WebSphere)
