Job description / Role
Job Purpose
This position exists to perform time management tasks efficiently, in a timely manner and quality standards as per the defined policies and procedures to achieve departmental operational plans and developments.
Key Accountability Areas
- Updating all vacation types inside KSA & overseas.
- Locking & unlocking employees' salary cards for vacations & absenteeism.
- Handling all attendance processes for uploading employees' CATS & actual.
- Solving collision reasons for ESS vacations and attendance.
- Preparing absent & overtime reports monthly.
- Justifying the payroll differences for the first run & second run monthly.
- Updating sick leave & paid vacation quota.
- Monitoring time and updating working scheduling process.
- Tracking missing time data, verifying attendance and hours worked & fixing punch errors.
- Replying to employees' queries.
- Performing other duties as assigned by management.

- Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.

- Solve any related problems that arise and escalate any complex operational issues.

- Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.

- Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automation opportunities as much as possible.
Compliance
- Comply with related policies and procedures and work instructions.
Health, Safety, and Environment
- Ensure compliance with relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within the defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products and services.
Academic Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in data processing or any relevant field.
Work Experience
- 2 to 4 years.
Technical / Functional Competencies
- Detail-oriented.
- Report writing.
- Time management.
