This hands-on role requires a collaborative individual who will work closely with the Program leader, Client transformation, initiative groups and Global Operations Properties teams. The position serves to deliver IT infrastructure and new capabilities for “greenfield” sites, office relocation and upgrade projects across GE South Asia. Support IT operations across corporate properties managed sites in the region, driving the GE IT strategy along with simplification and the digital thread.Essential

Responsibilities:
• Implement the strategy defined, to provide continued I.T. support for Global Operations Properties sites in South Asia.
• Maintain relationship with GO-P, Business stakeholders.
• Manage program of IT rooftop projects across South Asia, ensuring timely delivery and within budget
• Remote management of Project Management and Operations teams, provide leadership, team development and manage all aspects of personal development
• Support and ensure delivery of Global Projects & Programs in the South Asia Region in close collaboration with the relevant stake holder
• Partner with regional & global client teams to deliver key initiatives to enhance the customer outcome.
• Frequent travel within South Asia

Requirements

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering from an accredited college or university
• A minimum of 3 years’ team leadership experience, providing performance development coaching and feedback, career development, and priority management leadership
• Minimum of 3 years Vendor Management and negotiation as well as experience managing budgets, with demonstrated success in delivering at or below budget, while improving service metrics
