Staff Nurse

Job description / Role

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurses to join a reputable healthcare facility in Jeddah. The ideal candidates will provide high-quality patient care, support clinical procedures, and uphold safety and hygiene standards in accordance with Saudi MOH guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care including assessments, medication administration, and documentation
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to physicians and senior medical staff
• Assist in diagnostic tests, wound care, and emergency response procedures
• Maintain accurate medical records and comply with hospital protocols
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-discharge care
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care
• Uphold infection control and hygiene standards
• Participate in training, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong clinical knowledge and patient care skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and handle emergencies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Respect for cultural sensitivities and patient confidentiality
