The role

Stakeholder Manager - Arabic Speaker

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the development, coordination and implementation of marketing, communications, community relations, advocacy, and stakeholder relations programs and strategic plans.
• Engaging with key stakeholders and neighbours to ensure they are well informed and engaged in all phases of the project, from planning and through construction.
• Communicating with all internal and external stakeholder of the project, including local authorities and government departments.
• Interfacing and liaising with different parties to ensure effective completion of the project.
• Building and directing an effective team that works collaboratively toward achieving the organisation’s goals.
• Providing expert advice, on stakeholder engagement, both within and externally to relevant parties.

Requirements

The requirements

Your experience, knowledge and skills need to include:

• Stakeholder management experience.
• Working experience in the Middle East is required for client approval.
• Proven leadership managing a multi-cultural team to deliver high quality outcomes in a dynamic and sometimes sensitive environment.
• Proven experience leading people through change.
• Experience in fostering a constructive and customer focused team culture which is agile and resilient.
• Knowledge of best practice in stakeholder engagement theory and practice.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in Arabic both written and verbal.

Qualifications

• A relevant degree qualification.
• A member of a relevant professional body.
