Job description / Role

Employment: Contract

• Keep efficient stock from all items, re-ordering new stock after analyzing and auditing the stock data for each item.
• Establishes and maintains secure and sufficient stock for high demand items.
• Generate the stock reports such as re-order level report (ROL), stock reports, sales reports for all items by category, vendor, and store, and slow moving and Stagnant items.
• Reporting to the inventory control manager with recommendations, and analyzing result.
• Develops and maintains good working relationships with vendors.
• Follow up the display enhancement and coordinate with the visual merchandisers team (V.M) for the movement and supporting the display with the required items to make the display completed and harmonious to give the customer a unique experience.
• Do continue efforts keep the stock between the warehouses efficient and balanced to avoid losing any selling opportunities.
• Contribution in the offers and campaigns ideas to enhance the sales.
• Study, analyze and nominate the new items.
• Assist in the annual inventory in his category to solve all the stock issues.

Requirements:

Required Skills/Abilities
• Computer knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft office.
- Previous experience with ERP system (prefer ERP Microsoft Dynamics AX).
• Excellent communication skills with, purchasing department, and outside vendors.
• Basic understanding of inventory control procedures.
• Extremely organized and able to work with minimum supervision.
• Ability to develop professional relationships with outside vendors.

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree (Graduate) or equivalent is required
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience of warehouse operation required
• India Experience: Experience should be with any Reputed & relevant Industry.
• Experience with computerized inventory systems required.
• Fluent in English - Spoken and Written: (Must know how to draft professional emails)

Organizational Relationships:
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of or ability to quickly learn company product codes and terminology.

Functional Competencies:
• Time management and organization skills.
• Knowledge of inventory management, logistics, and supply chain operations
• Knowledge of reporting, analyzing and make complete presentation.

Age: 25-30 years

Salary:
SAR 3,000 to 5,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: SALARY + MONTHLY INCENTIVE 1500-2500 SAR
