Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Duties and Responsibilities
• Maintain and follow store procedures as per company policy
• Conducting normal clerical duties imposed by workshop/site
• Follow up / expedite the Purchase Request and delivery and update Project team upon arrival of material
• Maintain minimum stock and prepare Purchase Request and obtain approval
• Maintain proper records of store materials receiving / issuing.
• Report, damage / defected / missing materials from supplier to purchase dept.
• Submit monthly stock reports , preparation for inventory count as required
• Preparation of GRN and forward the documents to Purchase / Accounts dept
• Keeping workshop/site in charge update with stock available and indicating requirements
• Managing spare consumption, inventory files, stock location
• Managing stock area in such a way that everything is easily detectable, measurable, receivable, and retrievable
• Preparing and maintaining proper stacking area, controlled atmosphere with respect to temperature and dampness
• To organize logistics, purchase and hiring of parts, equipment, plants and machinery
• Receipt of fuel and petroleum products and keeping record of its consumption
• Ensure implementation of HSE and QMS principles
• Should have basic working knowledge of HSE procedures in common practices
• Understand and execute the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and OHSAS 18001:2007 standards in the Keller.
• Fully adhere to the Keller’s QHSE Policy requirements throughout the duty-hours
• Other store related scopes as required.

Communication and Relationship
• Internal: Supervisor, Foreman, Mechanics, Electrician, Supervisor, Engineers or any other staff you may be assigned
• External: As and only if assigned specifically by supervisor..

Requirements

Qualification and Experience Requirements
• Qualification: B com Degree (Preferred)
• Experience: 5 to 10 years
• Language: Good command of English language both written and spoken, Hindi & Urdu
