Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- At least five years of progressively more responsible experience in (Italian) gourmet food and beverage retail & hospitality is required, with at least 3 of those years in a high-volume environment.
- Primarily in a retail/hospitality environment, with significant time spent walking and standing.
- Ability to lead a diverse management team. Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of staff. Able to juggle multiple tasks at once.

Requirements

- A bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field is strongly preferred. Training and experience in food production, retail and divisional food & beverage/hospitality is highly desirable.
