Job description / Role

A major contracting company in AlQassim is searching for an organized and detail-oriented Storekeeper to implement the plans and programs of warehouses and to control the inventory,

Some of the Storekeeper tasks:
• Receiving, disposing and storing materials in accordance with the warehouse procedures in the company.
• Working on the warehousing program to enter all material details and all the movements in the warehouse.
• Maintain all materials within the warehouse by following the best security and safety methods in storage.
• Coordinating with project managers to provide projects needs of materials and equipment’s.
• Coordinate with the Procurement Department to order materials for projects.
• Coordinate with sub-warehouses to transfer materials between warehouses for projects.
• Maintain all records of the warehouse (Receiving records, exchange records, transferring materials records).
• Carry out all the tasks required by the Head of the Department of warehouses.

Requirements

Requirements
• Proven experience as Storekeeper minimum 3 years and the experience should be in the field of Construction.
• Diploma of Business Administration – Accounting.
• Training courses in warehouse management.
• Training courses in computer programs.
