Under general direction, performs and leads work receiving, controlling and issuing supplies and equipment.

Hotel Overview:

Makkah Clock Royal Tower, A Fairmont Hotel, is located only a few steps away from the Masjid Al Haraam and the Holy Ka’aba. This 76-story hotel, one of the world’s tallest, is the focal point of the Abraj Al Bait Complex, part of the King Abdul Aziz Endowment Project. The Hotel authentic hospitality is seen throughout 858 rooms.

Summary of Responsibilities:

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Requisitions, receives, controls, and issues supplies and equipment ordered on purchase orders.
• Determines availability of material and follows up on deliveries.
• Prepares reports on inventories conducted.
• Maintains records on stock including specifications, ordering and receipt dates, quantity and vendors used.
• Inspects supplies and verifies count upon delivery.
• Advises personnel concerning availability of supplies and equipment.

Supervises the work of other personnel.

Performs related duties as require

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Positive attitude and good communication skills
• Committed to delivering a high level of customer service
• Excellent grooming standards
• Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
• Ability to work on your own or as part of a team
• Previous store management experience with stock control responsibility
• Relevant degree, in Management/Finance or related business discipline, from an academic institution
