Charterhouse is working with a prestigious international organisation which provide professional training programs to corporate clients. Our client is currently seeking to hire a Strategic Partnerships Manager to join their team in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate should have a strong demonstrated background in building corporate partnerships and offering custom designed solutions to clients across the region.
This is a very exciting opportunity to work with a highly-regarded and dynamic team. The key requirements for this role will be to develop and execute effective sales strategies to build and nurture new business relationships, in addition to identifying clients’ needs to design custom made programs which have clear and measurable objectives. A large aspect of the role will involve working with relevant Learning and Development colleagues to create competitive high quality program proposals which help to secure new partnerships.
As this role will mainly be geared towards building business relationships, offering consultative services and presenting to clients, it is imperative that the successful candidate can display strong communication and interpersonal skills.
In order to cultivate strong client relationships, the successful candidate will be expected to travel when required by the organisation and attend various events such as program launches, industry relevant conferences and networking events.
The successful candidate must hold a master’s Degree in business or a related field and should have a minimum 10 years’ professional experience in business development, consultative sales or L&D. Experience in the design and conception of corporate learning programs will be a large percentage of the role, and therefore, familiarity with Executive Education is highly advantageous.
Our client is looking for someone who possesses strong business acumen with the ability to influence decision makers and stakeholders.
Ideally the successful candidate should be fully fluent in both English and Arabic.
