Strategic Planning Specialist (Cost Control)

Job description / Role

Reporting to Senior CM, you would be responsible for planning. scheduling, progress forecasting and project coordination. Perform a major role reporting contractual responsibilities of Contractors planning, scheduling and progress performance. involved in monitors, advises and Project Department managing in planning, scheduling and reporting matters collecting, evaluating and forecasting data as requested.

Requirements

• Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction Management from recognized western university with a minimum of 10 years of experience in projects-oriented environment.
• Experience with planning and scheduling of project activities particularly using computer-based scheduling software such as Primavera P6 (Oracle's Project Management Application), Microsoft Project or similar programs is required.
• Expert knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office products including Access, Excel, Word and PowerPoint is required.
• Experience of working in foreign countries, especially in the Middle East is an important criterion.
• Experience Design & Construction of large-scale Building Projects including high-rise.
