Charterhouse is working with a multinational global leading business from within the work place design industry, a business focused on ingenuity and internal innovation by working in partnership with interior designers and architects to develop products and workplaces to enhance clients business strategy and vision. A company who supports and values their employees ongoing development and learning and promotes a team collaborative culture from within. Our client is looking to hire a Strategic Sales and Account Manager to be based in Riyadh to be a part of the MEA team.

You will be responsible for the development and execution of strategic account plans, leveraging off input and capabilities from fellow employees. You will lead and grow the business with assigned accounts by sharing insights and research, conducting workshops and strategic selling strategies. You will understand the clients vision and business strategy as well as work in partnership with them along with your colleagues to create a better place to work. You have the ability to build resilient, supportive and deep relationships with the regional A & D community as well as diverse functions in client organisations (facility management, purchasing) and be accountable and measured on sales targets and results across the region.

Requirements

The successful candidate does not necessarily need to come from A & D related industry, however it is essential you are a strategic thinking, curious individual who has the ability to share insights and elevate conversations with clients to create an end product that supports and enhances their vision and objective. You should be an Arabic speaker and should have resided in Riyadh for a minimum of 5 years. You should have experience within a strategic solution sales position ideally within a multinational business where you have had to interact with colleagues on a daily basis internationally. In addition, you should have a proven experience in developing strategies, lead a strong team and have a collaborative working ability.
