We have an exciting opportunity to work in Al-Ahsa, as part of a new strategic partnership with Interserve Learning and Employment, to enhance and develop existing colleges operated by the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC), which provide technical and vocational education programs. These programs confer Associate degrees.

The Student Services Manager Coach will work with the incumbent Student Services Manager to develop an effective student services department that meets the needs of all learners and stakeholders. This will include setting up and/or improving academic interventions, pastoral tutoring, extra-curricular activities and admissions and registration. They will also assist in developing and monitoring the execution of the College Improvement Plan in line with the program targets and budget.

Duties and Responsibilities –Work with the incumbent Student Services Manager and Vice Dean to develop an effective structure for the department. Lead in championing a range of student educational and extra-curricular initiatives which will improve student engagement. Work to develop ways to engage students to improve their overall college experience. Responsible for assessing administrative personnel content knowledge, work ethic, and effectiveness in fulfilling the responsibilities of their position. Coaches should clearly identify personnel who are not progressing or not showing willingness to change.

Lead on the analysis of data to understand student learning and extra-curricular needs. Possesses a deep understanding of the administrative subject area. Has the ability to apply knowledge about administrative services in a vocational/tertiary education environment and to develop and implement administrative functions that support teaching and collaboration.

Demonstrates considerable knowledge & evaluates the implementation and impact of professional development models and training interventions, to support continuous college improvement.

Requirements

- BA in Business/Administration Management or equivalent (Essential)
- MBA (preferred).
- Must be a fluent Arabic speaker.
- Must be able to read and write a good level of English.
- Must be able to present technical information in a non-technical manner.

Must have experience of some of the following in a college setting:
- Staffing/Personnel Management , Student Engagement, Quality Management, Processes Management, Organization, Communication Processes, Disciplining Employees, Motivating Others, Promoting Process Improvement and Reporting Skills.
