Sub-contract Administrator - Riyadh Metro

Opportunity to join an international contractor working on the Riyadh Metro. The successful candidate will be administer large and complex sub-contracts. Responsible for reviewing progress and monitoring financial, legal or technical difficulties.

Requirements

• A degree in Quantity Surveying or engineering
• A proven track record of working in a similar role on large civil and building projects
• Further education or experience in pricing, contract law, negotiations and accounting.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experienced in developing contract types, fee arrangements and contract terms.
• Experience in developing and recommending potential solutions to contractual problems to management.
• Fluent in English
