Your Role and Responsibilities
The candidate will design and establish a quality assurance framework that will be used as a basis for verification of the deliverables of development and operation stages of the various components of Maintenance Repair Overhaul /Supply Chain and its progress, which will be undertaken by the implementer.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

- Responsible to produce the QA Principles and Standards for the Tapestry MRO / SC to-be solution
- Will ensure alignment with the new defense client operating model, government regulations and client policies and government governance wide bodies
- Will make recommendations and approve designs related to all components and practices in Scope to ensure effective implementation, taking into account everything related to the business
- Will participate in the design and analysis of business requirements to be in line with the design of the ERP HCM and the requirements related to linkage and integration.
- Will aid in Improving the capabilities of stakeholders to deal with project-related change resistance and develop KPIs to measure improvements.

Requirements

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

- 10 years of experience in quality assurance domain preferably in defense industry
- Minimum 10 years of experience in defense Tapestry MRO/SC

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- Certification in MRO / SC will be an added advantage
