Employment: Full Time

Role:

The main responsibilities of this role are to support the day-to-day business operations of the supply chain activities (inventory management, logistics and effective use of SAP). She/he will support the Supply Chain team to assure smooth supply chain of products for the Saudi affiliate, supplier relationship management, inventory management to include replenishment activities of our products and strong cross-functional relationship with inter-departments. In addition, the role will require supporting and assisting with supply chain management projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Demand Management & Forecasting

  • Coordinates demand replenishment activities to assure the proper product supply and the adequate inventory level to support affiliate marketing & sales strategies.
  • Liaises closely with sales and marketing teams to establish through forecasting an accurate demand plan by organizing monthly forecast meetings.
  • Ensure demand consolidation and forecasts are updated on SAP both regularly and timely.

Supply Chain Operations

  • Update and extend/change materials prices & commissions master data.
  • Maintains and updates supply agreements and relevant procedures with alignment from Sr Supply Chain Manager.
  • Keeps continuous alignment with Regulatory team to avoid supply disruption.
  • Support and assist with special supply chain projects.

Inventory Management

  • Drive the inventory management process to ensure availability of agreed safety stock levels and monthly inventory reconciliation with distributor.
  • Lead the process of distributors communication.
  • Lead the process of transfers. Purchase Orders (PO) with proper delivery date of goods for quoted orders.
  • Weekly follow-ups on placed orders with manufacturing sites to ensure timely delivery.
  • Responsible for the communication with key stakeholders (Manufacturing Site - distributors - Regulatory).
  • Highlight any challenges/risks anticipated in inventory levels.
  • Lead the S&OP with different stakeholders.
  • Lead accurate start and end of month activities.
  • Ensure timely communication of destruction to all stakeholders including MFG.
  • Fill and submit timely Saudi Drugs information system based on SFDA timelines.

Customer Management

  • Tracking the distributors performance metrics against agreed KPIs.
  • Ensure timely processing of distributor debit notes.
  • Regular alignment meeting with partners/distributors to ensure operational process.
  • Strong communication with global (Order to Cash) operations.
  • Ensure samples supply as per local regulation if any.
  • Ensure on time production process and relevant communication with distributor to secure on time delivery.

Qualifications and Experience:
Educational Qualifications:

  • University degree in Supply Chain management, industrial engineering, finance, business, pharmacy, or any other related field.
  • MBA is desirable.

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year working experience.

Language:

Saudi nationals will be highly preferred owing to the Saudization policy, Arabic and English communication skills.

Desirable:

  • Experience in supply chain/inventory management.
  • Experience in SAP system.

Skills:

  • Ability to work in a global team environment, ability to communicate and team work effectively with both internal and external business partners.
  • Strong command of English language (speaking and writing).
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Strong planning and organizing skills.
  • Detail oriented.
